These properties can be in my direct management, or my direct contacts as collectors, or people who are part of my network of suppliers /collectors. I can initially provide background information to assess interest.
Then on each of them I provide all the details exclusively with LOI ( Letters of Intents) and a POF ( Proof of Funds), necessary to conclude the deal and see the property in person. Properties are located all over the world and I can move anywhere. Given the importance of real estate I offer, and I demand maximum seriousness.
